Office ProfessionalAngie is much more than our wonderful Receptionist, that takes great pride in her work. Angie has been with Quality Plumbing & Heating since 2005, and every customer is greeted with a smile when entering our showroom. Angie is Quality Plumbing & Heating HVAC/Plumbing office manager so if you’re unsure who to speak with, Angie would be a great start.

Adam Biro

Service Manager / PartnerAdam was born and raised in Kelowna, living in Black Mountain for most of his life. He became a refrigeration mechanic in 1999 and has worked in the trade to this day. Adam is a qualified B-class gas fitter as well as a HCFC licensed tech. He graduated from BCIT from the Electronic common core program in 2001. Working with our residential and new construction customers for both installation and repairs. Adam is an enthusiastic worker who loves his job.

Clayton Parks

Project Manager / PartnerOriginating from the lower main land, Clayton made the move to the Okanagan in 2016. Being involved with the Plumbing & HVAC industry since high school, his past experiences have contributed to a detailed and organized approach to each project ensuring things run smoothly and on schedule. With these assets and knowledge he has worked into securing a position with Quality Plumbing & Heating as Project Manager. When he is not at work you can normally find him kayaking the lake or out enjoying the what the Okanagan outdoors have to offer with his young family.

Mike Kleineberg

Sr Service TechnicianOur longest employee is a dedicated individual who has been with Quality Plumbing & Heating for 20 years now. Mike is a family man with two fast paced boys at home and a wonderful wife. Mike started in the HVAC business as an apprentice in 1991. Mike is very personable and is incredibly knowledgeable with everything from electronic air cleaners to the most involved geothermal systems you can imagine. Mike also started in the business working with Don (owner) and they have worked together ever since.

Installation Staff

Our installers are certified for all aspects of HVAC & Plumbing. We have licensed gas fitters, plumbers, Hydronic certified installers on staff. Our installers in most cases, have decades of experience installing gas furnaces and plumbing for new homes. Our installers are not sub-contractors like many other companies. Our installers are uniformed, drive company trucks and are very much HVAC and Plumbing Professionals.
